Will you sponsor me?

At this time, Fingerboard Connoisseur is not looking into sponsorships.

Can I purchase Black Velvet in bulk?

Please refer to the wholesale/bulk inquiries section of our Store Policy.

Can I add something to my order after it's already been placed?

Due to insurance purposes, after an order has been placed through our website, it cannot be altered. If you would like additional items, you must purchase them via the website.

What if my package is lost?

After an order has shipped, it is out of our hands and with USPS. If you are concerned with shipment time, experience a delay, or need further assistance, please contact The United States Postal Service with the tracking information from your order. Fingerboard Connoisseur is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.

Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class, and can take between 2-7 business days to arrive after they have shipped.
