SHIPPING POLICY
At this time, we process and ship orders from Monday to Wednesday. All orders will be packaged in an appropriately sized bubble mailer or box and shipped via USPS First Class. A tracking number is provided via email with all orders placed at FBC.
When placing an order online, please check to make sure that your address is printed correctly before placing your order. Fingerboard Connoisseur is not responsible for lost packages due to customer input error.
*COVID19 UPDATE*
USPS is taking longer than normal due to the worldwide pandemic, especially for International shipments. This has restricted our shipping to USA and CANADA only.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your package, please complete the contact form under the "Contact" page immediately. After an order has shipped, it is out of our hands and with USPS. If you are concerned with shipment time, experience a delay, or need further assistance, please contact The United States Postal Service with the tracking information from your order. Fingerboard Connoisseur is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.
WHOLESALE/BULK INQUIRIES
Bulk orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis and shipping will vary depending on the size and weight of the item(s). To inquire about a bulk order, head over to the "Contact" page and complete the form, using "Bulk Inquiry" in the subject line.
Starting 2023, ONLY 4-packs are available for bulk purchase. If you would like to purchase single sheets, we recommend picking up a Golden Loaf in the shop.
